Custom pieces begin with a design consultation.

This $25 consultation fee is applied toward your final custom piece.

After your order is placed, I will personally reach out within 24 to 48 hours to learn more about your project and guide you through the next steps.

Custom pieces are made one at a time in my Asheville studio.

This consultation is the first step in creating a piece designed specifically for you. After your order is placed, I will follow up by email to learn more about your project, review inspiration, and provide an estimated price range.

If we move forward with the design, the $25 consultation fee is credited toward your final piece.

Each piece from Idle Hands is made by hand in small batches or created specifically for you.

If you are not satisfied with your custom piece, an exchange may be arranged for the dollar amount paid toward another Idle Hands piece.

• Store pieces separately to prevent scratching
• Clean gently with warm water, mild soap, and a soft brush or cloth
